The Role of the Security Police and the SD. In the Arrangement of Order in Middle European Area.

In the journal “Böhmen and Mähren” SS-Gruppenführer Reinhard Heydrich, Chief of the Security Police and SD, also known for his appointment as President of the International Criminal Police Commision, wrote the following essay:
The historical and decisive decisions made by the Führer with the freeing of the Ostmark (Austria) on March 13, 1938, with the freeing of the Sudetenland during the period of October 1 to 10, October 1938 and the fast integration of Böhmen and Mähren into the Reich on March 15, 1939. These events have changed the political order in middle Europe.

The historical creation of the greater German Reich has been the result. The arrangement of order for these areas is even greater of a task than the creation of them.  The Führer has been satisfied with the progress we have made to date – for the Poles, the Danish, the people of Holland, the Belgiens, and the French – satisfied with our mastery of the collective European world view.  Today this is the responsibility of the NSDAP, the Wehrmacht, the State, and particularly the Police to form the correct beliefs of these people  – for this we can be thankful for the guidance of the Reichsführer – with this guidance all the different organizations can benefit. The role of the Security Police (Secret and Criminal) and the SD, and the collective duties and responsibilities of the SS and Police need to be described clearly.

A good Security Police and Security Service must from here on be an instrument of purpose and forcefulness to sort out, and to be aware of the actual situation.  The effectiveness we will have against our enemies will be increased if we do not underestimate or jump to conclusions when it comes to them

The basic concept and worldview of the Security Police and the SD and what is found in the actual ideas an practice among others in the security and police services you will find is different in nature to our views.  You must keep in mind the world view of National Socialism and the organization of the Party. The worldview and work done by the security services before the Party took power and the work we are called to do today is different.  Our new worldview (SP & SD) must be applied to the old way of doing police work.  The new vision must prevail – overseeing it all is the SS.  From the SS will come the leadership and training of the new security men, gone are the old ways of justice an administration of it.

The SD, the SS are the bearers of the knowledge for this new time.  These old concepts that are so deeply rooted are to be changed – a complete and total development and change – then we will see, forcing if needed the removal of this deeply attached belief – they will be compelled to rethink and see what is true. The premise of this challenge is that we must disseminate the new theory and practice of justice and the administration of it.  Working through the Party and its organization we will make visual reference to our enemies especially the external ones such as the KPD, SPD etc..
