On the other hand, the various Police independent battalions in AOK Norwegen had varying compisitions, such as
PolBtl (mot) 321, 302, 255, 252, 251: four companies (each 6 LMG), plus one radio and one wire section.
PolBtl (mot) 253: three companies (each 6 LMG, 3 HMG).
PolBtl (mountain) 256: three companies (each 9 LMG, 4 HMG).
